The template you have chosen is invalid or cannot be found

Damn you SharePoint!) It gets me all the time.
Spent an hour to fix the error: "The template you have chosen is invalid or cannot be found."
The log wasn't useful at all! 
The reason was - I have a several web templates  with the same ID
